BOOTCAMPS + GROUP SESSIONS (HIIT)

Motivational Intense workout group training sessions for all ages, sizes and health conditions. When we work together we accomplish a lot in our Fitness community. At these boot camps you will get in a great workout which is guaranteed to improve your overall health. Our boot camp sessions incorporate warm ups, stretching, HIIT, weight, endurance, resistance, plyometrics and speed training to reach your maximum health potential. We will also have a bit of fun flipping tires, Tabata, and boxing. You will also get access to collaborate with Bmo-Fit’s Fitness, Fashion, Nutrition, and Stretching community along with Bmo-Fit’s Training and Therapy staff.
